📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

LifeInChrist currently delivers within South Africa only and uses Fastway Couriers for all shipments.

• Orders are processed as quickly as possible once payment is confirmed.

• Due to the Christmas season and high courier volumes, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

We appreciate your patience during this busy season and will always do our best to keep you informed.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

At LifeInChrist, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. Due to the nature of our products and shipping process, we have a strict returns policy.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The item was damaged during transit, or

• The incorrect product was delivered

All return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Once approved:

• The item may be replaced with the correct product (where possible), or

• A partial refund may be considered (see below)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing preference

• Normal wear and tear

• Items damaged after delivery

• Gifts that were not suitable for the recipient

💳 Refund Policy

• No full refunds are offered.

• In exceptional cases only, a partial refund of up to 30% of the total purchase amount may be issued.

• Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of LifeInChrist after review of the request and evidence provided.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Requests that do not meet the conditions above may not be approved.
